Sherlock's Shadowy Past - p 9 (Final) It took Gregory Lestrade a long time to realized that he had been on duty that night. Hell, he had been at the crime scene. When they found the charred body.

Sherlock was gone by then. Long since carted off by an ambulance. He had been caught up in the blast, but nothing like her. Of course the name Sherlock Holmes meant nothing to Lestrade at the time. Violet Hunter meant even less.

It was six years before the detective would, in a dark questioning room, connect the case with his subsequent friend.

At the time, the whole thing just seemed to be another night on the job, albeit a rather brutal one.

Interesting Sherlock sat like a lump on his favourite armchair, wrapped in an off-white sheet as he usually does between cases. John was sat on the adjacent armchair, simply staring at the heap of sheets covering the pale man.

"Sherlock, you've barely moved from that spot all week." John sighed, pushing himself from the chair and heading to the kitchen.

"I went shopping with you the other day, that's an impressive feat." Sherlock retorted, his words dripping with sarcasm.

"Sherlock, that was three weeks ago" John stammered. Astounded by the detective's lack of knowledge of the past month.

So I just watched SherlockSo I caught the last episode of series two again on WHYY

Of course I cried

I was watching for clues, what could it be that we've missed? What is Moffat trying to say to us, where is it?

And then I think I heard it… I haven't had time to formulate a complete theory but I believe that it has something to do with what Sherlock said to John while they were talking on their mobile's while Sherlock was atop St Barts.

"It's what people do." Now, we've heard this phrase recounted numerous times through the series… I can clearly remember it being said when Sherlock is showing off in series two, episode two, when talking to Russell Tovey'

Sorry it take so long to accept pictures you have submitted. Both :iconchrisco97: and :iconnightmagican: are very busy. And I'm still new in this group and have to learn more about which pictures there are accepted or declined.
And please read the rules again because we have seen many pictures, that we dont want in this group.
And remeber it's ~chrisco97 or *NightMagican that decide what's allowed and not.
